Hank is the co-founder/President of WealthTrax, Inc., a company that focuses on exit strategy planning for owners of mid-size businesses looking to retire or transition out of their business. The WealthTrax systematic approach leads the owners in developing an exit plan and puts them on track to retire or transition out in style. WealthTrax helps owners execute their exit plan, whether it is transferring to children or employees or selling to third party outsiders.

Hank also has been involved in mergers and acquisitions for over twenty years and has participated as intermediary in over 100 successful transactions. He was founder/president of Corporate Finance Associates of Northern California, Inc. (CFANCI). CFANCI specialized in helping owners of medium-sized businesses sell their businesses.

Hank has founded or co-founded five companies and was a principal initial investor in two others.

Prior to his association with CFANCI, he was project manager in the corporate development department of Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Corp. In that position, he was responsible for corporate acquisitions and divestiture projects. In his career with Kaiser, he held other management positions, including chief engineer of a major division, general purchasing manager, and project manager on the design and construction of numerous chemical plants around the world. He was maintenance superintendent in the largest aluminum reduction plant in the country and he was operations manager at a major real estate development project in Southern California.

Hank's education includes, bachelor's and master's degrees in chemical engineering. He holds a California real estate broker's license, a California general contractor's license and a California professional engineer's license. He is a Fellow of the International Business Brokers Association a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and a Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI). (There are only about 50 M&AMI's in the world.)

He is a life member of the CEO Club and was the facilitator for the club's San Francisco Bay Area Presidential Advisory Councils. He is a member of the California Association of Business Brokers and the International Business Brokers Association's M&A Source group. He is a past member of the Association for Corporate Growth.
